Pianist Olaf Eliasson, one of Iceland´s leading interpreters of Johann Sebastian Bach, performs Bach´s music every week at the Dómkirkjan, Iceland's central church. Concerts include selections from Bach´s Well-Tempered Clavier and occasional pieces from later composers.
Olaf Elíasson studied in Paris under Vlado Perlemuter and later completed Postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London. He has performed in prominent venues worldwide, including Wigmore Hall in London, Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
