Taste of Iceland in Seattle: Elemental Sound Bath

Join Jósa Goodlife for an hour of inner peace and healing meditation.

Sound Bath

Join us for an hour of inner peace and healing meditation.

Icelandic Energy Healer, Jósa Goodlife, will take you on an elemental journey beyond time and space. She will focus on uplifting and supportive meditation with healing sounds from nature and guidance so that you deeply relax and feel rejuvenated and clear for the rest of your day.

Attendees will be gifted yoga matresses from Icelandic Provisions, towels from Blue Lagoon and water from Icelandic Glacial.

At 10am, after the session, participants can grab fresh skyr cans from Icelandic Provisions at Freya Restaurant inside the museum! Skyr is a type of Icelandic yogurt that has sustained Icelanders for nearly 1,000 years. Highly recommended!

Jósa Goodlife works as an Energy Healer, Creative Empowerment Coach, Yoga Teacher and an Artist.

Recently relocated in the Bay Area CA, Jósa has been living in Brooklyn, NY for the last seven years, with her original roots from Iceland where she still remains a deep onnection and frequently visits.

In her work, Jósa serves her clients with Yoga & Meditation, Access Bars sessions, Akashic Records readings, Reiki and other healing Body Processes.

She loves to play with sound elements in her work and in general works a lot with the elements and the Fair Beings of the Earth.

Come find your natural side of Being!
