The 7th Nordic International Film Festival premiers the Icelandic feature 'Come To Harm', directed by Anton Kristenssen and Ásgeir Sigurðsson at Fotografiska New York.
Come to harm follows Oliver, a 20 year old young adult that lives with his mother and younger brother in a run-down neighborhood in Reykjavik, Iceland. When his relationship with his mother seems to have gotten stronger recently, her actions over the course of one day have devastating effects that seem to rupture the family once again.
The Nordic International Film Festival is the Largest Nordic Film Festival outside of Europe. NIFF celebrates Nordic and international films annually and strives to find new and upcoming independent films as well as honoring great work from already established filmmakers. The aim of NIFF is to present quality films to film professionals, film lovers and local, national and international Nordic enthusiasts in an exclusive and attentive setting, in the midst of New York.
