Guðmundur of the Westfjords

Behold, Guðmundur of the Westfjords. Harbour master, tromboner and occasional music festival attendee. When he’s not directing ships or musical notes you’ll find him lavishing untold affection on to the dishes he creates in his kitchen. He once cooked for people at the Mugisson festival, but we’ll let him tell you about that.

Find out more about the Westfjords by asking Guðmundur.

Largely uninhabited, the Westfjords are frequently distinguished by travel guides as a destination of excellence, and are a must-see for any serious explorer.
